Letter from Dr. Grant criticizing Dr. Stabel's research,; reply by Stabel to Grant

PARA's SUMMARY

DR GRANT POINTS OUT A WEAKNESS IN STABEL'S RESEARCH: TO TEST THE EFFECTIVENESS OF HTST PASTEURIZATION, STABEL USED MILK SPIKED WITH BACTERIA THAT HAD FIRST BEEN SUBJECTED TO INJURY, THUS MAKING THEM MORE LIKELY TO SUCCUMB AT PASTEURIZATION TEMPERATURES THAN HEALTHY BACTERIA.
